Anyone elses feet killing them? Mine hurt so bad! I'm 34+3. I try wearing tennis shoes all day to give them support but no luck. Even when I'm sleeping they're so sore.

I’ve been getting really bad foot cramps for the last couple weeks. Doctor recommended wearing compression socks (super cheap on amazon...pricy at the drug store/Target), doing daily Epsom salt foot soaks, and getting my husband to run my feet. 
I’ve been doing all of it and it seems to be helping!

I no lie wear tennis shoes every day. I can’t even wear sandals because they have no support. My feet hurt 24/7. When I wake up it feels like needles are stabbing me in the feet when I walk. I’ve felt like my arches a falling out. I haven’t even gained but 8 pounds so it’s not an amount of weight that you’d think would cause problems.

All my shoes have substantial arch and metatarsal support yet my right foot aches all the time. I even wear Birkenstocks in the house. Idk if it’s the weight gain or what but they kill me even though I stretch them out 3x a day 😩
