Weight loss=👶
I asked my hubby to help me think of motivation for further weight loss, he said once I hit my healthy weight goal we can start ttc for baby #2! Backstory: I've always struggled with my weight, then I had my baby girl 10 months ago and decided to take it more seriously. So far, I am down 43 lbs from my pre pregnancy weight and 63 lbs overall after having her. This was mainly from drinking more water and eating less carbs plus more movement but I've been stuck the last month or two. I still need to lose 65 lbs to get to my healthy weight goal. ::UPDATE: Should've also added he has been losing weight with me he's down 35 lbs since we had her!:: ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••My hubs and I are planning to do the 21 Day Fix first then following that looking into the keto diet or meditarranean diet.. Wondering if anyone has had success with any of these or if you have different tips to help?? Thanks in advance!
