Light cramping

So I'm not 100% sure how far along I am since my cycle has been messed up since we lost our baby in April. I know I'm between 7 and 4 weeks though (my last period was June 23 but I took a test last week and it was negative). With this being said I am wondering if light cramping is normal? It's no all the time, and it's never very painful, just noticeable. I've been having clear discharge as well. My first appointment is next Monday (20th), which feels like forever away. I've had two miscarriages and am finding it hard to get excited about this baby. If anyone has any advice/ experiences please feel free to comment. Thank you in advance!
