Working out

I really want to work out like I used too but I have been so tired, and exhausted I haven’t had any motivation for pretty much anything, I don’t know if it’s a first trimester thing or something but I hope this feeling ends soon, between all the restless nights due to not being able to find a comfortable position, working, trying to be the best wife I can be, and pregnancy symptoms out the wazoo working out hasn’t been easy at all, I’m always tired, my boobs feel like they’re 100lbs each, the constipation, anyone have any advice ? Like maybe some alternatives I can do? Or maybe just if anyone else really likes fed working out but now the thought of it just makes them tired? Or if it gets better in the second trimester? It’d just be nice to hear if any other gals out there are feeling the same way cause I just want a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby 👶🏻
