Hey there! First time to post but I’ve really enjoyed reading your stories. My IUD is being removed soon and my husband and I are ready to start ttc. I have a really silly question/concern though...
I’m already about 30lbs overweight apparently and I don’t like the idea of blowing up like a balloon. I don’t regularly exercise in a gym but I’d be open to easier things I could do at home that might help shed some pounds. I don’t really eat badly, weight has just been something I’ve struggled with for years.
So I guess my biggest question is, anyone have exercise/diet tips that you can recommend during pregnancy and early on to help avoid unnecessary weight gain? Maybe I sound silly? Haha help!
