Insecure about my body

So I’m dating a girl who has an amazing body and lately I’ve been really insecure about the way my body looks I feel like I’m not good enough for her shes lowk thick and has a small waist I on the other hand have always been on the larger size I’m 5’4 but weigh almost a little over 230 pounds my weight has always been a struggle for me I’ve always looked at other girls and felt so insecure I haven’t ever told anyone that but it really bugs me and I don’t want to be naked in front of her but I want to have sex it’s annoying not feeling okay in my own body any advice
