balls of cm? what does this mean? NO PIC

Hi! I’m 12dpo & my cm is bunched up into little balls. It is not as stretchy as ewcm nor is it clear. Kind of Cloudy. the cm separates as soon as i touch it. I had bad cramps this morning too so I thought AF was coming. Any Idea??

I may be wrong but I believe that may be from the second estrogen surge. One happens around ovulation and helps make ewcm and a second smaller one happens closer to your period. When I was pregnant (right before I found out so probably like 12 dpo) I noticed I had real ewcm again and that was my first sign that something was different that month
