Femara stopped my period

I don’t see much information on my issue so I thought I would post. My last cycle on day 3 baseline has 2 follicles, so my REI prescribes mid dose Femara, since I was a poor responder to clomid. Unfortunately when I went back on cycle day 10, follicles where gone 😩 lining was thin, like 5. No explanation. I am now 2 and half months without a period. REI won’t give me estrogen or provera because he says if he makes my period come on, I will not ovulate. Ugh! So frustrating. I had the worst hot flashes for the first 6 weeks post Femara too. Wondering if anyone had similar experiences?
