I’m really struggling with PPD and tonight just seems to be a bad night. I would really appreciate any love you can send my way. 💕

You got this mama! This feelings are temporary and will pass with time and help❤️
You are rocking this motherhood thing! It can be hard sometimes and you feel like a failure. But those feelings are false you are making it through one day at a time. Your baby loves and appreciates all you do! 
If you need a break it’s totally okay to put baby down in a safe place(crib, pack and play, swing) and step away for a min or two. It’s okay to take a min to breathe, cry, pee or whatever it is you need❤️
Don’t be afraid to ask for help! Ask your husband/bf/ friends/ mother/mil anyone you feel close to. You have to take care of yourself aslo❤️

motherhood can be so overwhelming but remember it gets better ❤. the one thing I remind myself when I start going to a negative head space is to take this new journey 1 day at a time. when I start thinking even a week from now I start getting upset and anxious. I also asked my mom to stay with me for a week when my hubby went back to work. it was such a relief to know I wasn't alone. please dont hesitate to get help or talk to someone!

I had severe PPD and anxiety for the longest time that I was in denial about and refused treatment. When I finally started medication (my daughter was about 8 months old) it made a world of difference. Please talk to your doctor. Talk to your significant other. Know that you have support and you are far from alone. Having PPD and/or anxiety DOES NOT take away from how you’re doing as a mother. You are a great mother, you are doing your best, and your baby loves you and needs you. Things will not always feel this way and it will get easier.
