even doh i may not get any response!!

I'm four days late been getting PMS cramps every morning for the past 3 days and a few brown blood on and off after using the toilet I'm also getting some pain in boobs..... this month we decided to give trying a break so I did not do any tracking so I don't know if I ovulated or when...... can anyone help me please i don't know why I'm so late I keep feeling like af is arriving when I wake in the morning but still a no show.... I did not take a pregnancy test because I thought af would have been here by now
