Sharp twinges in my vajayjay

I’ve been feeling these sharp pains that only last for a second like all the way down in my vajayjay. Like it almost feels like a twinge in my urethra but i think its prolly in the uterus. Anyone else feeling this? I’m just 6 weeks and I’m so scared of miscarriage!😶😶idek
