Contractions or no contractions!

I am 39.2 weeks and I have no clue how the real contractions feel like.

I had my doctors appointment today and she said I am 2cm dilated and 80-90% effaced.

We did the NST and everything is fine. I was told that the minor discomfort and pain I am feeling are contractions.

I came back home and my stomach and lower back have been killing me since then like I will go in tears. Its the same stiffness and pain but 5 times more and frequent.

Ladies I have a feeling I am gonna have this baby while driving to hospital which is 40 min away. 😭

I am not sure when to make the final call and call my doctor if I am ready to get this baby out.

Ps- I am debating so much because my husband hasn’t slept in 2 days and just fell asleep an hour ago. I feel horrible to wake him up and it’s nothing again.

Please help!!!
