Freebies from amazon?

So i just made my registry on amazon. Do they automatically send u some freebies or do you have to be a prime member or something?? Anyone know how it works?

You have to be a prime member and buy any item worth 10$ or more from your registry

My registry is public and someone else had seen it and made a purchase through mine for themselves. So after I became a prime member, I didn’t have to buy anything since it marked it as purchased

I think you have to be a prime member and have $35 purchased from your registry. It's a pretty good box of stuff they send!

I had to check the list and then purchase $10 worth of items off the registry and then I was eligible to get it shipped

I had to click through the checklist and then it alerted I was able to order it to send
