Hi was wondering what my partner could take to increase his sperm count ? Advise please thanks

Increasing naturally? Things like (not saying he does) not smoke, don’t drink too much alcohol, eat certain foods... etc. however I don’t know how much that stuff actually works. My husband has low sperm count & had to be put on meds & they have increased a bunch

I agree with the comments already but u can always try fertilaid, eating more veggies, drinking more water, staying away from soy, and acupuncture. These were some of the changes we made so we’ll see if it made a difference on this second semen analysis 🤞🏽 goodluck

It’s going to be so different for each individual, but I’ve seen many success stories with clomid for men. My husband temporarily got his numbers back up after some lifestyle changes. He wasn’t a smoker or heavy drinker or even overweight... but our diet wasn’t very balanced at the time, and he also had an internal yeast infection, hypothyroidism, serotonin imbalance, and a multitude of deficiencies. After a few months, he had his first (and only) normal semen analysis. This was also after having another procedure with a urologist to correct minor retrograde ejaculation (definitely a big help). 
^^^my long-winded response was basically to show there might be some bizarre (but maybe correctable!) underlying issues to resolve the count issues. Maybe help him make an appointment with a urologist, reproductive endocrinologist, or even just a GP to start with some blood panels.
