Anybody else waking up swollen?

Just wondering! I woke up this morning with feet/ankles swollen and my hands very swollen. Not sure why! I’m 26 weeks.

I’m 28w and not waking up swollen, but I’m going to sleep swollen! Over the past week, by the end of the day, my feet have looked a bit bigger. Not sure if they’re swollen or just getting bigger being pregnant. It’s been 90 degrees/humid and I go for a walk at night, so I’m sure that doesn’t help. I’m not sure if it’s pregnancy related, heat/humidity related, or a combo. 
Elevate your feet when you are able to, and see if you can soak them in epsom salt at night/elevate before bed/use ice 😊 Hopefully that will help keep the swelling at bay when you wake up!! 💓
