I am so excited!!!

Today was my first HCG trigger shot. 10,000 units. Monday my folicule didnt look even close to ready and the dr thought it would be a few days. my temperature spiked like I ovulated but my lining still looked preovulatory. The dr was confused. Today he said my folicule was BEAUTIFUL! it was perfect size! my lining was starting to become dense on one side a little, but he saw no reason not to give me the shot and make that egg release and have a good cycle! I needed this bit of good news cuz after 2 years, 1 surgery, 2 months of infertility treatments, 1 missed miscarriage followed by a D&C; (and the worst day of my life), followed by another 9 months of infertility treatments I am losing hope! hubby and I are losing ourselves to this cause! The dr seems to think I may have a very rare condition where my folicule grows but never releases. this may happen every month or randomly. Before the treatments I was diagnosed with PCOS and only had a period once every 2 years or so so I dont think I was ovulating at all. This gives me a little bit of hope! Has anyone else ever had the trigger shot? any success? symptoms? tell me all about it! baby dust yall!!!
