Ttc 8 months, anyone else out there trying more or less the same?

I'm 31, my partner is 45, we're trying for our first child. It's been 8 months already. I should have my period on 23rd of August and I expect it will come as I do not feel any changes in my body. at this point I am less anxious about ttcing then before. is there anyone else more or less my age trying similar amount of time?

I've been trying for one year for my #2nd child and it's been a long year I'm 33 and my husband is 34 it's just a case of when it happens hopefully soon as it's such a emotion rollercoaster but they say good things come to those who wait so keep trying ladies it will happen xxx

I’m 30 my fiancé is 34 TTC #1 this is our 5th month. I have a feeling we won’t be able to for some reason. I hope I’m wrong.

we are also at 8 months! I am 33, he is 37. trying for baby #1. I'm on CD 28, which is my normal cycle and my BBT temp went up today! I am hopeful, but hate getting our hopes up. wishing you all the best!!

I’m on month nine and 34.. have a child to my ex husband who is almost 7. No luck so far. Have had all baseline blood tests done which are all okay and partners sperm is good. So annoying. I’m getting sent to a fertility specialist given my age etc 🙄🙄🙄

I’m on month 7 I’m 37 and i’m trying for number 2. Number 1 was 10 years ago and was so easy. This time round I think I’m in for the long hall! X

thank you All for your replies! it gives me a feeling that we're not alone. most of the posts I'm reading seem to me to be from couples in their twenties that manage to conceive fairly easily. I am very happy for all of them but it's comforting to feel there's more couples I can relate to. so thank you All and baby dust to us everyone!! on my side it seems it's not a month although I noticed it's the first month since a year that I did not have massive PMS as I usually do! I also started being serious about measuring my Bbt.
