Got Any Advice For A Baby Freshman?

Please? I’m pretty nervous, and any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I am a sophmore in high school. I would just say to pay attention to your studies and grades. I know every afult says that but it’s true! I got wrapped up in drama my freshman year and I almost failed a fee classes. Also, get involved! Join a club or a sports team. I got involved in the soccer team at my school and now we are STATE CHAMPS!! You never know if good will come out of something unless you try. I will say that some of my best friends are girls I met from the soccer team! Basically to sum up, stick to your studies freshamn year and get involved in clubs, sports, or the band if you are that person!

First of all girl, don’t just slack off on work remember its harder to bring up a GPA than it is to bring it down! Don’t fall for those seniors baby, just don’t do it. Have fun, you only get one shot don’t worry your head off. - sincerely, a high school senior.

I graduated high school in 2017. Some advice I would give you is,
• Join activities such as sports or clubs. That helps you in the near future with college & it also helps you meet new people. 
• No drama. High school is full of drama. The best thing you can do is ignore it. It definitely affects you in the next years of high school. 
• You should want to work hard throughout all 4 years of high school however, my old teacher always told students that your freshman, junior, & senior year really counts. If I were you I would work hard all 4 years. 
• DON’T date the cute senior. In every high school, their is always a freshman that falls in love with a senior. Personally it’s not a good look & 9 times out of 10 it’s just a phase. 
• Your friends that enter high school with you probably won’t leave high school with you. During your high school years, you start to experience life as an adult & sometimes people/friends out grow each other’s company. 
• Create a bond with your teachers. Some teacher are really nice & are willing to become friends with you. Some teachers act like students when it comes to teaching a fun class.
• Being headphones, phone, & phone charger. Their is always someone who is loud or annoying. Headphones can be useful especially when you have a long bus ride.
• When you receive your locker, put a small bag that has a zipper on it to store your pads, tampons, & extra clothing.
• Don’t always try to follow trends. Always be a leader not a follower. 
• Don’t try to associate yourself with the clique of a bunch of girls. All they do is judge people & that’s not what you want to be associated with.
• ENJOY HIGH SCHOOL ! It’s not that bad honestly. Once you graduate, you’ll wish you could do it all over again.

It’s not as bad as ppl make it sound honestly so don’t worry about that. Do what you gotta do regardless of what surrounds you and ofc work your ass off!😜 nah but fr just be yourself and have fun
