I don't like sex anymore

Hi, well the thing is I used to like sex but a time ago I just started to be tense. Then it started to hurt the penetration. And now I don't want to do it because it only hurts and I do not enjoy it anymore. My husband never wants to do it but when he wants it is just touch my breast two or three times and put it in a few times. And that is it. For me was really boring but now is boring and painful. I am really getting stress with this situation and I don't want to talk with him about it because I feel that nothing good is going to come with that. Some advice?
