Can someone try to explain what back labor feels like?

I’m 37+4 today and his morning I woke up to bad lower back pain. It hasn’t exactly gone away but keeps getting strong and eases off every 20mins or so for the past hour. I have been having some contractions this past week but not long or strong ones and I can barley feel them.. could I possibly be going into labor?
Can some one who’s had back labor (if that’s what it is) tell me what it was like for you?

I had back labor the entire time. Originally I had only slight pain, like a pinchy squeezing ache and it would ease off and then come back about every 8 to 10 min. Went to the hospital to see what was up and it turned out they were more like 2 to 3 min. So they broke my water and then you really feel it. Because all my pain was in my back I labored on my knees and elbows with my husband and nurse using some counter pressure and moving my hips side to side. If I tried laying back or a sitting position it was 10x worse

My back labor started when I had been in labor for several hours. My contractions were every minute or so and it felt like my back would explode. Excruciating pain that was only elevated by my husband applying counter pressure. And he was using a lot of strength because my mom tried her hardest to give my husband a break and she wasn't able to press hard enough

It’s the most dull achey horrible pain. I had both front and back labor, without drugs. There horrible.

Can someone try to explain what back labor feels like?
