Swollen pussy?

So 70% of the time I have sex with my bf my whole region down there is swollen by the time we’re done. And no I’m not allergic to any lube or condoms cause we don’t use any of that. Anyone know why this happens? All I found on google is that it swells in size during extreme arousal, is that all it is?

Ps any tips or advice to get the swelling to go down fast?
