Delayed ejaculation

So my boyfriend and I think he suffers from delayed ejaculation, it completely destroys his confidence both in bed and in the relationship. He calls himself pathetic, worries he won’t be able to have kids and even gets anxious about not impressing me. I’ve told him thousands of times that I love him no matter what but it still ruins his self confidence sometimes and it makes me feel really sad to see him that way. It sometimes even gets to the point where it’s makes him want to stop having sex for as long.

I’ll admit it sometimes makes me feel like I can’t impress even tho he says it feels great, but I don’t want it to affect our relationship because I know he loves me and he’s reassured me before that it’s not my fault.

I’m not really sure what to do to help him but if there’s anything that could I’m willing to try as it’s upsetting seeing his confidence so crushed by this.
