Sex and nerves

Alright.. so me and my boyfriend have been having sex for about 3 months now.. with condoms every time i take my birth control almost perfectly and always pull out while using the condom as well. A couple slip ups here and there with my BC but me and him only saw each other a few time throughout those 3 months. I know we’re being safe and protective with sex but even when I’m 100% sure I couldn’t be pregnant I’m still always nervous that i could be. Is there any way to get over this?
