Razor bumps ..

So every time I shave I get these razor bumps that start off as bumps that are sensitive to touch and soon drain liquid .. (I know it isn’t a disease btw ) then I end up with these hideous scars .. help anyone ? how do I prevent them and how do I get rid of these ASAP ? Then I want to get intimate with this partner and I’m kind of embarrassed with these scars .. (idk if this is important but the partner is a girl also ) please .. any advice helps .. ❤️
