Can I eat wild moose meat??

I don’t eat wild caught game but I am up in Maine and there’s a Mooseburger BBQ today. I would like to try it but I also am not sure if wild game is safe?

As long as it is cooked all the way then you should be fine. My SO is a hunter so we eat deer, squirrel, etc. it’s super good if it’s cooked right. I plan on still eating it when/if we get pregnant. It’s just about how you cook it.

I’m Norwegian and I eat moose and reindeer all the time, as long as it’s well-done (like any other meat you eat when pregnant should be) it’s fine!
