Nervous wreck

Found out I was pregnant two weeks after ovulation which made me 4 weeks pregant when I found. When I went to the doctor he told me my hcg levels were super low on Monday so I had to follow up with my actual dr and he made me take a blood to test my hcg levels again and he told me I was 4 weeks and 5 days as anyone ever had this happen to them? I took another test on Friday at home before I went to the doctor and my line was significantly dark that time I’m hoping that mean my hcg levels are going up
