Fluids Leaking???

Hello ladies,

I am 22 weeks as of the yesterday (Saturday 8/18) and all day my underwear has been wet, it has no odor, it’s clear, it doesn’t have the consistency of CM and no... it’s not urine lol. I’m just wondering if this could be a my fluids? It comes slowly but hubby and I had sex and after that it got slightly heavier. I’m kinda crampy and it hurts my lower abdomen to move a lot. Does it sound like pre term labor for anyone who had had experiences with it and should I call my doctor? I’m a first time mom so I don’t want to blow it off and lose my baby girl 😞 someone help!!!
