Bleeding, cramping, Hcg at 414, 6 weeks along, nothing in ultrasound. I must be miscarrying
But won’t know for sure until Tuesday when we recheck my levels. They should be much higher and I feel like at 6.5 weeks they should have been able to see something in the ultrasound. This sucks 😭😭😭😭😭
