HIGHLIGHT TOO BLONDE

hair professionals!! please help how can I make my highlights darker ? they came out too blonde for my liking. not orange just too blonde I wanted a more light brown or caramel since I have dark hair but it came out too blonde. do I just dye color over it ? or is there something else I can do to darken the highlights

thanks for the tips ! I wanted to add that I really didn’t wanna go back and be charged again ): I wanted to do it myself that’s why I asked but do you guys recommend any stores to get a toner and what not
