sore on vulva??

Was scratching down there for a few days and did again today after putting on some sudocrem and scratched again later to find that my vulva was stinging a lot and found this. No clue what it could beans getting worried. Not sexually actuate though so wasn’t sure if it could’ve been genital herpes
