Everytime i masturbate when its close to my period even if its like 5 days away i get really horrible stomach pains and cramping. I dont use toys or anything just clit stimulation.

I have this too, I never thought much of it, just figured it was my body’s way of telling me it had had enough

I think it’s something to do with the muscles contracting.. it’s all good. If you masturbate in your period it helps it along and eases cramps.
