How did you move on from a heartache/ break up that left you devastated? Thinking you’d never find another love...
Me and my fiancé just called off everything and sadly going our separate ways, I can’t eat/ sleep/ I cry 24/7.

Starting sewing classes (weekly), changed my world

Cry it out and move on. It sucks and it hurts and it supposed to so let it out. Move on because you got better things to do in life than to hang onto someone who doesn't want to be a part of your life anymore.

Honestly go out have fun with the girls have some drinks 🍷 go take a mini vacation. That’s what I did when my soon to be ex husband and I split up! I went to North Carolina then went to ocean city went to the beach wen to the bar and I had no thoughts or worries about him... then had met my amazing boyfriend that I have now been with for 1.5 years ❤️

Honestly nothing but time helped me move on from heart aches. Unfortunately, you have to go through it for a little bit, it's the way break ups are. The good news is, it's only temporary. Just keep yourself busy, don't isolate yourself.
