My daughters leg looked just like that after her 12 month shots, lots of warm baths and rubbing it will help if it really bugs you take a pen and outline the red if it goes out side the line call your doctor to be on safe side

Redness at the injection site is normal for all shots. Even for adults

My kids always loook like this after shots. It seems normal to me! I always gave them medicine for the pain. If it gets any worse though I would call.

Possible allergic reaction, call the pediatrician, monitor it, if it gets any bigger go to the ER
