Please HELP
So I failed my 1hr glucose. I am scheduled for 3hr glucose in 4 days, please suggest below a healthy eating plan with a recipe, mainly veggies 😊 I am NOT a big eater, never have and neither in both of my pregnancies. I'm only 96lbs from my last weigh in at 28 weeks with my daughter (2nd baby). I'm 4'10.5 and petite. My weight is gradual and fluctuates. Pre-pregnancy I was 83, that was back in January. I failed 1hr glucose when I was pregnant with my son, but passed 3hr. Anyway I don't get why it's happening again... SO please give any healthy eating ideas! I'm not a big cooker, but I do prefer and have eaten veggies for as long as I know, and will eat very minimal of chicken (cooked certain way because I'm able to tolerate it a little, otherwise I hate meat).
