Maternity leave in IL
Hey ladies I am from Chicago,IL and I would like to know who else is from IL and what your job is offering you for maternity leave. Mine just created their own maternity leave and I have been with them for 4 years and I am the only girl so they’re trying to accommodate and work with me but I am not very happy with what they’re offering and in IL they don’t offer much I guess it depends on the company. =[
