The name Wemberly

Ok so this is obviously a different name. I saw this name in a book I was reading to my son. The book is by Kevin Henkes I believe. The book is called “Wemberly’s ice cream star”. I have never heard of this name. I think it’s kind of cute. But from all the research I’ve done it seems the writer made it up ? Any one have any info on this name, as to origin , meaning etc. or is is truly just made up for this children’s book. I’m not pregnant btw. Just thought is was a cute different name and was curious if anyone has this name or knows someone with this name ?
