Anyone know anything about making cauliflower crust pizza???!!

Please help!!! I’ve tried it twice now and my “dough” is still mush after we bake it. Best way to dry out the cauliflower or any tips please! 🙏🏼

Wring it out using a cheesecloth. Mix the cauliflower with breadcrumbs or panko and a little bit of cheese, then bake without any toppings until it feels like it’s starting to dry a bit, take it out and pat any excess water areas with a paper towel. Add toppings and bake longer. Baking times depend on size and amount of toppings. Using a pizza stone helps too!
