Just finished my first Whole 30 challenge
So I just finished my first Whole 30 challenge, and I'm in the reintroduction phase. I have definitely lost some weight and I have noticed a lot of other positive changes as well. One of the coolest ones was no pain during AF. My back pain is gone too.
I also noticed that I'm not gassy or bloated after lunch anymore.
I'm very interested in finding out which food is my trigger, I have a slight feeling that it might just be dairy. It's the one food out of all the no no items that I used to eat a lot of. I'm talking cheese on my scrambled eggs or omlette, plain Greek yogurt at lunch time and sometimes a cheese stick as a snack. Plus my coffee creamer.
Of course, it could also be sugar. I'm not really sure yet. But tomorrow is dairy day. I'm really hoping that doing this helps me conceive, and I plan on eating as Whole 30 as I can after the reintroduction phase, cause I was definitely eating more veggies than I had been, and meal prepping really made my work week go much smoother , especially since I work evenings.
