Ultra sound

I had my first ultra sound yesterday and I measured at 8 weeks 1 day, baby just looked like a blob no real definition and the yolk sac kept getting in the way of really seeing it. The radiologist said that’s normal and that the baby’s heart rate is 167bpm which she said was normal as well but as a first time mom to what is my rainbow baby a little part of me is worried that something is wrong. If anyone can help reassure me that all is well and that these things are normal I’d greatly appreciate it. 🧡
