Bleeding 10 wks

I’ve have been spotting the last 3 days changing between red to brown with clotting. It’s mostly when Im using the bathroom but there has been some in my underwear too. It’s a similar amount to my first or last day of my period. I took a test today and it was positive but fainter than when I got my first positive at 4 weeks. I got my hCG levels back 4 days ago and they were 25097.0 mlU/ml I’ve had a little cramping but not much and hasn’t been painful.

Should I go to the doctor?? Unfortunately I can’t see drs from L&D or the womens health clinic after hours till 20wks. So I’d have to go to the ER which has one dr on call on a military installation (very busy) and probably won’t be seen for 5+ hours. I could go to my dr on Monday but I’m not sure how I feel about waiting that long.
