is this my mucus plug?
so since yesterday I've had period like cramps with some contractions and last two times I've been to bathroom when I wipe I see this. There was more of it on the toilet paper last time I went. I also keep feeling like I need to have bm but can't. I'm 36 weeks 6 days and at my last app. I was 3cm 50% effaced with baby stationed at -1
