Pregnancy

So I have the implant. I had sex about a month ago and the condom broke. I’m very worried because I have been having symptoms of being pregnant and I feel different. I am about to take two pregnancy tests and then going to the obgyn and having them do a test.

I am very scared because I am only about to be 16 and can’t afford a baby. Can someone maybe help me and try and give me a same story that someone similarly went through? And I honestly don’t know how to bring this up to my family. My boyfriend wants me to keep the baby and move in with him! What should i do?
