First appointment?

Hey ladies, I just received my first positive pregnancy tests yesterday but now I’m left wondering when do I call for my first appointment? Not only that but what do I say when I call? I know most will have you wait but this should be something I do right away? Right? I mean I’ve been going to the same office and seeing the same PA for years...it was always easier to get a appointment with her bc I had to go every six months to get script for my BC at the time. I did meet with a doctor when I was due for my pap, and with how everything turn out timing wise; I had ditched the BC the month before but we said we wouldn’t actively try for another 6 months or so. That’s how I accidentally had my pre consultation appointment.
