Pregnant or no??!!

Me and my boyfriend have been TTC since last month and today my period was suppose to come this morning but it never came nor my period symptoms. Should I take a pregnancy test today or should I wait to see if my period comes on. My nipples tend to get sore/tingly here and there and some little cramping.
