Confusion About “Breastfeeding Exclusively”?

Maybe this is a dumb question, but I’m a bit confused about the exact definition of “breastfeeding exclusively”. Like I plan to give my baby breastmilk only (no formula), for at least the first 6 months, but if I want to give her pumped milk every once in a while, am I still “breastfeeding exclusively”?

Yes...exclusively means your baby is only getting breast milk...no formula...expressed or not your LO is surviving from exclusively breast milk

You could still say you’re exclusively breastfeeding but it doesn’t really matter. I just say I’m breastfeeding. I’ve never felt the need to add “exclusively”

Breastfeeding is when baby is on the breast (technically) but I know people that still just say they exclusively breastfeed, mostly because its easier than explaining it.
