Had my beautiful little girl 💖

Birth story: born on the 27th my original due date was the 31st of August but she decided a full moon was her time instead!

Started having contractions of the Saturday at 9:30 in the morning on the 25th that started off 20 mins apart and got closer together all day until I was having them 6 mins apart I went to hospital and they kept me over night I couldn't sleep they were getting intense they check me in the morning and I was not dilated but had ruptured my membrane and had my bloody show that morning, they next day we were discharged to labour somewhere close till I couldn't manage them anymore I laboured all that day 6 mins apart then they became around 3-4 mins up until 3 am on the 27th and they were getting to painful to bare plus I was sick of being in labour this long.

I got to hospital and by this point they were getting unbearable I started moaning and groaning through each contraction as they were getting closer together I got checked at 4 and was already at 8cm I was chucked on the gas and air and kept begging for the epidural before it was to late but they kept putting it off telling me I'll be alright until it was to late and I was now screaming through each contraction by 7 they checked me and I was fully dilated and had to push. I never planned on having a somewhat natural birth and always wanted the epidural but I feel pretty accomplished that I did it almost on my own.

I pushed for what seemed like a life time and by 10:04 am Kitana scarlet Darby was born at 39 weeks 3 days

7 pounds 3 ounces and 47. 5 cm long full head of brown hair super long eyelashes and nails 💖

She looks just like her daddy aside from the lips and chin 😭😍😭💖💖
