First doctor visit this Friday

So I have a confirmation appoint this Friday. My husband didn’t ask off work because we were pretty sure I would just be like peeing on a stick, however a few coworkers are telling me that they will do the ultrasound with the camera inside to see if they can see the baby. My husband doesn’t want to miss an ultrasound obviously but I don’t want him to take off if all I am getting is a pee test? Can anyone tell me how their first appointment went? I will be around 5 weeks and 4 days by Friday.
