Ovulation Day

I’m very new to this and I was wondering if it’s better to have sex the day before your ovulation day or your ovulation day? And if you have sex the day before your ovulation day and a lot of it leaks out, is it still possible to conceive? I have been having sex everyday but I don’t know if it’s better to do it every other day. My cycle is a 25 day cycle and based upon the ovulation kit it says day 12 is my ovulation day. So on day 11, it leaked and on day 12 I did missionary on the bottom and have not moved lol. Someone more experienced please help.
