I feel disgusting
I started a full time shift work schedule, 12 hour shifts alternating two days two nights. And I’m exhausted. I have a hard time getting myself to the gym. I find it discouraging that during those four days I do not exercise at all. Anyway it’s been a few months of that and I feel like absolute crap. I feel fat and bloated all the time. To top it off, literally mid BJ and my husband tells me he’s not in the mood.. I know he’s tired from work and it’s not that he isn’t attracted to me. But with that happening coupled with how I’m feeling I just feel like absolute shit.
I just need to get this out. Sorry for the venting. I think I just need to figure exercise into my routine.
