Are these the dark blue eyes all babies are born with?

Is this that dark blue color most babies are born with that eventually changes??  The “slate blue”?  She’s 7 weeks now.  I can’t wait to see if it changes.

Yes, and they should be closer to their true color at around 6 to 9 months. However, they can take up to a year to become their permanent color.

Both of my children had brown eyes by 2 weeks. I was hoping one of them would get my green eyes but dad won on that one. 😂💕

our LO’s eyes when she was teeny (kinda the same slate grey/blue colour) and then now at 2.5 years old (a bit more brighter blue)...

My oldest is 4 (almost 5) and her eyes are just turning green now. I hope my 10 month old keeps her blue eyes, but really only time will tell

My sons eyes were blue till 7 mts then transitioned to green and full brown by 9 mts it was wild

This is the color of eyes my babe has ended up with hes over a year now and still just as beautiful and blue mine are brown and my hubby's are a little lighter blue than our sons!
